Terms of service

1. What Vincivo is
Vincivo provides a physical NFC endpoint (card, stand, sticker or keychain) with a stable URL that resolves to an action approved by the business owner, and a field application (“Operator”) for organizing sales visits. Vincivo is not a review-generation service, does not sell reviews, does not manage third-party payments and does not guarantee business results.
2. Your account
A valid invitation is required to use Operator. You are responsible for your password and everything that happens under your account. Each account belongs to one person and cannot be shared or transferred.
3. Subscription and cancellation
- Operator does not include a free trial. Creating an account does not enable access: access starts when payment for the relevant period is recorded. Version of this condition: 2026-09-04-sin-prueba.
- Operator price: check the current price in your account dashboard before paying. Any change will be announced 30 days in advance and will never apply to a period already paid for.
- You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. There are no refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
- If your subscription expires, operational access is blocked until a new paid period is recorded. To manage your account or request a copy of your data, contact hola@vincivo.com.
4. What you provide
You buy and resell the hardware (cards and stands) at your own price and at your own risk. Vincivo is not a party to that sale, does not set your price and is not responsible for it. You are the seller to your customer.
5. How you must sell
Accepting these terms includes accepting the field rules. Violations, especially promising review results, offering review incentives or filtering by star rating, are grounds for immediate termination without a refund because they put all Operators at risk.
6. What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee sales, reviews, income or results of any kind. Business data comes from public sources, mainly Google, and may be outdated or incorrect. Routes, scores and assistant suggestions are aids, not certainties: the business decision is always yours.
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 3 months.
7. Data and content
Your visit records belong to you and you may export them. You authorize us to use them in aggregated, anonymized form to improve the system for everyone, for example by identifying which types of business convert better. We do not sell your data or expose your notes to other Operators.
8. Termination
We may suspend an account that violates these conditions, reports false sales or puts Google policy compliance at risk. Where possible, we notify you beforehand; where the risk is immediate, afterward.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
