How does the tap work?
Hold your card or silicone bracelet near a supported phone’s NFC reader, then open the notification. The phone opens your Living Profile or the destination you’ve chosen in its browser.
Does it work with my phone?
iPhone XS and newer read NFC without an app, and so do most Android phones with NFC turned on. Cards and Review Points also carry a QR code that any phone camera can open. If yours doesn’t work, we replace it or refund you.
Can I change what’s on my profile?
Yes. Update your photo, introduction, contact details and links without replacing or reprogramming the card. You choose what is public.
Can I link to booking or payments?
You can add links to the booking, payment or tip page you already use. These open the external service; Vincivo does not process the booking or payment itself.
Is Ask Vinci available?
Ask Vinci is being developed as an assistant about the person and their business. It is paused in this demo.
What is the Coconut bracelet?
Coconut is a bracelet we’re developing with stone beads and one larger central stone designed to house an NFC chip. The images show the concept; final design, pricing and a launch date have not been announced. It isn’t available to order yet.
How do I order?
Choose your products in Order and send your details. Nothing is charged online. We message you within one business day to confirm the order, the delivery and the payment.
How do I pay?
In Connecticut you can pay when we hand it to you. For mailed orders, or if you prefer, we send a secure payment link. Prices are in US dollars and sales tax is added where it applies.
How fast do I get it?
In Connecticut we agree a day with you and hand it to you programmed and tested. Mailed orders go out after payment. We confirm the timing when we confirm your order.
What does the Google Review Point do?
It opens your business’s Google review page when a customer taps it or scans its QR code. Every customer sees the same page. It doesn’t choose who reviews, and it can’t guarantee reviews; it makes leaving one easier.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Your profile and dashboard come with your card, bracelet or Review Point. If we ever add paid extras, they’ll be optional.
