Creator agreement
Effective September 4, 2026.
Internally drafted document. Must be reviewed by a Connecticut attorney before charging anyone or signing a creator. Does not replace legal advice.
For creators who bring students to Vincivo Operator. Written plainly so both parties understand exactly how the recurring commission is calculated.
1. Commission
- 30% of what we actually collect from each student who joins with your code, for every month that student pays.
- At USD 149 per month, this is USD 44.70 per student per month.
- It accrues when payment is collected, not when the student registers. A student in a trial does not generate commission.
- If the student receives a refund or reverses the payment, that commission is reversed.
2. Attribution
- The first code used to register determines the student's attribution, which is permanent. It is not reassigned.
- Students who already had an account do not count as referrals.
- Each creator earns commission on their own students. There are no levels and no commissions on your students' students. This is not multilevel marketing.
3. How and when payment is made
- Payments are settled monthly, based on the previous month's reconciled collections, with a minimum accumulated balance of USD 50.
- You have a dashboard showing your students, how many pay and how much commission has accrued. It shows collected payments, not projections.
- A commission without a payment receipt remains pending and is not paid until reconciled.
4. What you may NOT say when promoting
These rules protect your audience and reputation:
- Do not promise income or “typical results”. None have been established. Do not say “you earn X per month with this”.
- Do not promise guaranteed reviews or suggest that Vincivo generates reviews. It makes it easier for a business's customers to leave their own.
- Do not present Vincivo as an investment opportunity or a recruitment business.
- Do not invent Vincivo's size, customer count or revenue.
- Testimonials must be real and verifiable, and disclose anything received in exchange.
5. What you can and cannot see
You can see how many students you have, how many are in trial, how many pay and how much commission has accrued. You cannot see their visits, notes, customers or sales: these are each Operator's private work.
6. Ending the agreement
Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' notice. Accrued commissions will still be paid. If we end the agreement for a violation of section 4, pending commissions for that period will not be paid.
7. Independence
You are an independent promoter. This agreement does not create employment, a partnership or a franchise, and does not authorize you to bind Vincivo to third parties.
