Review Point opens the destination. Your customer still decides whether to review and what to write.

Do customers need an app?+

No. A compatible phone can read NFC, and the printed QR code works through the camera.

Can I change the Google destination later?+

Yes. The approved destination can change behind the Vincivo-managed link without replacing the physical unit.

What if I do not have the direct review link?+

You can provide the Google Business Profile during setup. The eligible destination must be confirmed before fulfillment.

Is a monthly fee required?+

No mandatory monthly fee is planned for basic routing. Future paid software is separate and not priced here.

Does Vincivo ask only happy customers?+

No. Review gating and incentives conditioned on positive feedback are prohibited. The same official review path is available to every customer you ask.

When will it ship?+

A shipping estimate will appear only after inventory, adhesion, printing, compatibility and carrier timing pass QA. This localhost build cannot charge a card.
