What this site is
Vincivo sells NFC smart cards, silicone NFC bracelets and Google Review Points, and runs the digital profile and dashboard they open. You can order on this site. Ordering does not charge you: we contact you to confirm the order, the delivery and the payment first.
Terms of sale
- Your order. Sending the order form is a request, not a payment. We confirm it with you by email or text, usually within one business day. Nothing is final until we both confirm.
- Prices. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on the order form when you send it. Sales tax is added where it applies. Shipping outside Connecticut is quoted and agreed before you pay.
- Payment. This site does not collect card numbers. In Connecticut you can pay when we hand you the product. For mailed orders, or if you prefer, we send a secure payment link from a payment provider.
- Delivery. In Connecticut we hand it to you programmed and tested. Elsewhere in the United States we mail it after payment. We agree the timing with you when we confirm.
- Cancelling. You can cancel for free any time before we program your product. After that it is set up for you, so it can’t be returned for a change of mind.
- If it doesn’t work. If your product doesn’t work with your phone, or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of receiving it. We replace it or refund what you paid for it.
- Your profile. Your digital profile and dashboard come with your product. We don’t charge a monthly fee for them. If we ever offer paid extras, they will be optional and you will see the price before choosing them.
About the images and the demo
The product imagery on this site includes studio visualizations built from the production artwork, not photographs of manufactured units. Their provenance is recorded internally. When received-unit photography exists, the visualizations can be replaced.
The phone on the home page is a working demonstration of the interface running in your own browser. It does not place calls, does not send messages, does not write contacts to your device, does not book anything and does not charge anything. The amounts shown in it are examples.
What we do not promise
We do not promise reviews, ratings, rankings, leads, bookings, revenue or growth. Nobody honestly can, and a company that does is telling you something else about itself. Whether a customer saves your contact, books, pays, tips or leaves a review is the customer's decision.
We do not claim every product works with every phone. Most phones released in recent years read NFC, and behaviour varies by handset and settings. Our cards also carry a QR code that any phone camera can open. If a product doesn’t work with your phone, see “If it doesn’t work” above.
About reviews specifically
Where a review action is enabled, every customer is sent to the same official public review page. We do not filter by predicted rating, do not route unhappy customers somewhere private, do not pre-select stars, and do not offer anything in exchange for a positive review. Those practices break platform rules and the FTC's rules on endorsements, and we will not build them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at volume, or interfere with this site or the systems behind it. Do not submit somebody else's personal information as if it were your own.
Intellectual property
The Vincivo name, the Living Link mark, the card artwork, the copy and the imagery on this site belong to Vincivo. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them. The trademark application has not been cleared and we do not claim registration.
No warranty, and limits
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Vincivo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
To be added: the registered legal entity name and postal address.
Changes
These terms change as the product grows. The version number at the top changes with the text. An order is governed by the version in force when you sent it.
